Terms and Conditions of Voxx Technologies, Inc.

Minimum Order:

Credit terms are available to qualified entities.
Our normal open credit terms are 2% Discount if paid in ten (10) days - Net if paid in thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
Credit terms may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Voxx Technologies credit department.
Voxx Technologies accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

All orders are shipped Free On Board (F.O.B) San Clemente, CA.
Voxx Technologies uses United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx Ground Tracking for all ground shipments, unless otherwise specified.
Voxx Technologies does not drop-ship from suppliers directly to customers.

If product shipped from Voxx Technologies has been damaged in transit, keep all packaging material and contact the carrier.
The customer must make claim for loss or damage in transit directly to the carrier.
Voxx Technologies reserves the right to ship quantities plus or minus TEN PERCENT (10%) unless otherwise stated on all orders.
Claims for shortages or over shipments must be made within TEN (10) days after receipt of shipment.

Purchase orders, after acceptance, are binding contracts and may not be altered or amended without mutual agreement and acceptance by Voxx Technologies and the customer.
Requests for changes in delivery schedules, quantities or other aspects of orders are subject to acceptance by Voxx Technologies.
Voxx Technologies will make every effort to accommodate such requests but we reserve the right to refuse any such requests at our option.
If we have other active customers for the material, purchasing in similar or larger quantities, Voxx Technologies, at its sole option, may accept cancellation and or return for credit.
If Voxx Technologies source of the material will accept cancellation and or return of material for credit, Voxx Technologies will do likewise.
Manufacturer's cancellation charges, if applicable, will be billed to the customer.

An authorized Voxx Technologies representative must approve any cancellation.
Cancellation of a scheduled order may incur a cost or other fees to reflect any costs accrued.

All returns for any reason must be preapproved by an authorized Voxx Technologies representative.
Returned material shipped to Voxx Technologies without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number may be refused.
Returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being processed.
Merchandise returned for customer convenience must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
Credit will not be allowed for returned material which has been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

Voxx Technologies is pleased to assist in the design and prototype phases of developing your new products.
Voxx Technologies may supply samples, free of charge, whenever possible.

Voxx Technologies will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within California unless a valid resale certificate is on file with Voxx Technologies.
Contact Voxx Technologies credit department to request a resale certificate form.
The customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any state outside California.
